pgpc Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the pgpc platform. This document is considered a legal agreement between you and pgpc.

Welcome to pgpc. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out all the rules that apply to using the pgpc platform. When you visit the pgpc website, create an account, or use any of our services, you are automatically considered to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you will not be able to use pgpc's services.

We ask every member of the pgpc family to read this document in full and to contact our support team for any questions.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

The meanings of some important terms used in these Terms are clarified below:

  • "Platform" refers to the pgpc website, app, and all related services.
  • "User" or "You" refers to any person who is registered on the pgpc platform and uses its services.
  • "Account" refers to your personal registered profile on the pgpc platform.
  • "Bonus" refers to any welcome bonus, cashback, or other promotional offer provided by pgpc.
  • "Bet" refers to any wager made with money on a casino game or sports betting.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

The following conditions must be met to use pgpc's services:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • You must reside in a region or country where using online gaming services is lawful.
  • You must have a valid bank account or mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
  • You must not be a person who has previously been banned by pgpc for any reason.

Important: For persons aged 21 and above only. We may verify identity and any account belonging to a minor will be closed immediately.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account with pgpc, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Each user may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being cancelled and any deposited funds being forfeited.

3.2 Password and Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. pgpc will not be held responsible if you share this information with anyone. If you suspect that someone else is using your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

pgpc may request documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. pgpc reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if the required documents are not provided.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds into pgpc: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawal requests must be made using the same method as the deposit.

  • Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
  • Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.
  • Winnings earned from bonuses must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal.

4.3 Currency and Tax

All transactions will be processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Any applicable taxes or other government levies are the responsibility of the user.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

pgpc offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must place bets worth 20 times the bonus amount. Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place ৳24,000 worth of bets — on the bonus amount only (the deposit amount is not counted).

  • The original deposit portion may be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
  • pgpc reserves the right to cancel any bonus at any time if an irregularity is detected.
  • If bonus abuse or an attempt to claim bonuses from multiple accounts is detected, the account may be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Cashback

Members enrolled in pgpc's VIP programme receive weekly cashback: Bronze — up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.5%, Gold — up to 0.8%, and Platinum — up to 1.0%. Advancement to a higher tier depends on consistent activity on the platform.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy

pgpc ensures a fair and impartial gaming environment for all users. Our game engines are powered by SSL encryption and fair play technology.

  • The use of any cheating software, bots, or automated systems is strictly prohibited.
  • Manipulating game results or colluding with other users will result in account cancellation.
  • If a technical issue occurs during a game, pgpc will return the outcome of any valid bets.
  • If there is a dispute over a game result, the data in pgpc's system logs will be considered final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pgpc platform:

  • Conducting money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
  • Creating an account using false or incorrect information.
  • Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
  • Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
  • Using the pgpc name or logo without authorisation.
  • Distributing spam messages or advertisements on the platform.
  • Operating an account on behalf of or for a minor.

If any of the above activities are detected, pgpc may close the account without notice and inform the relevant authorities.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Responsible Gaming

pgpc believes that playing responsibly is the foundation of a positive gaming experience. We encourage users to set their own limits and stay informed.

  • Users can set deposit limits on their own account.
  • There is an option to temporarily or permanently close an account if needed.

10. Dispute Resolution

pgpc reserves the right to modify, add to, or discontinue services at any time. We will endeavour to give as much advance notice as possible. In the event of a service discontinuation, any valid funds in an account will be returned.

12. Changes to Terms

pgpc may update these Terms as needed. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of any significant changes.

13. Limitation of Liability

pgpc is not responsible for losses caused by technical errors, internet disconnection, or unavoidable circumstances. However, we always keep the user's interests in mind and strive to provide a fair resolution. pgpc is committed to operating a safe and reliable platform.
